When is my payroll going to be arriving at my place of business?

If you submit your payroll information to us by 1:00 PM on a given day, it will be delivered to you on the next business day between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. 

What has to be done when a company changes their payroll checking account number?

The company needs to fax us a copy of a voided check from the new checking account. The company also needs to leave funds in the old checking account to cover any tax payments reported on previous payrolls. The company can check their tax liability report for this information.

How soon can you get my company set up so we can receive paychecks?

Typically we would like 2 weeks to set up a new client, but contact our operations department to discuss the details of your company’s payroll.

Are there additional costs if I prefer to submit my payroll through your Internet access product OnLine?

No, and if you use our timekeeping service your employee’s hours may be exported to the OnLine product.

Can I have my paychecks delivered at a specific time of day, and are there extra charges that apply?

Our couriers can accommodate these special requests, however there is an additional charge. Please contact us so we can determine if there are any other options available.

How do I change an employee’s salary or hourly pay rate?

It depends on how you are submitting your payroll, in most instances you can download an Employee Information Sheet from the forms section in this site, and fax it to us at (804) 355-7347 or (800) 315-6791.

We use your NetClock timekeeping service, and we have decided to open a new location. Do we need another clock?

Our timekeeping services offer both the ability to card swipe a clock, and to clock in and out on our website. Contact us so we can help you determine which method is best for you.

I accidentally left someone off the timesheet, what do I do to get the employee a paycheck?

You have two options: We can calculate the check for you and you can write the employee a manual check (their year-to-date information will be correct on their next pay stub); or, we can cut a check and have it delivered to you at an additional charge.

Normally, I fax my timesheet to you, but I forgot. Do I have other options?

Yes, you can email it to payrolls@paytimepay.com, or if it is an emergency, you may call it in to our operations department.

How does OnLine payroll work?

You access our OnLine payroll through our website (you will need internet access), you are able to see net calculations before submitting your payroll. There are a host of reports that can be exported to excel, and the information can be exported to QuickBooks.
